Meltable FBA is back. Two waves. Do not mix them.

Amazon is letting meltables into FBA again. Not as one pile. Two waves.
Two waves. Do not mix them.
Amazon classifies a meltable as heat-sensitive product that melts when exposed to 155°F (68°C) for extended periods. Chocolate. Gummies. Select jelly- and wax-based goods.
155°F (68°C) sounds high. Because it is. Chocolate melts far below that. This is how they classify a meltable, not how hot the fulfillment center sits.
The room will mix the dates. Get the calendar right before Q4.
Wave 1. Send from August 31, 2026: gummies (coated and pectin), protein bars, cookies, and coated candy. Customer orders September 14, 2026.
Wave 2. Send from September 21, 2026: all chocolate, chocolate-coated nuts, fruit, caramel, and gelatin gummies. Customer orders October 5, 2026.
Create shipments in Send to Amazon from August 31. That is the tool date. It is not permission to send wave 2 early.
Gummies are not one pile either. Coated and pectin are wave 1. Gelatin is wave 2.
Two camps. One reads "FBA is open," ships chocolate on August 31, and fights an inbound Amazon is not taking yet. The other checks the product type, hits the right send date, and is in stock when orders actually open.
That first camp is the farthest from me.
Wave 1 send is already open. Start with what belongs in wave 1. Do not panic-ship the whole candy catalog.
This notice does not mention softgels or flexible capsules. We will not invent a wave for them. If you sell those products, stay updated against Meltable FBA inventory for your ASINs.
